We offer a 90-Day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Any damages resulting from misuse, abuse or from normal wear and tear, included that caused by airlines or other carriers are not covered under our policy. Defects may include:
- Broken zipper or hardware
- Stitching issues/liner tears
- Removable strap issues
If your claim falls within the warranty period, please send an email to email@example.com. Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a new product of equal or lesser value to the product under warranty. Customer is responsible for postage to return to our facility and we will pay the return shipping for the exchange.
