If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return.
If your claim falls within the warranty period, please send an email to customerservice@brigettesboutique.com. Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a new product of equal or lesser value to the product under warranty. Customer is responsible for postage to return to our facility and we will pay the return shipping for the exchange.
