If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery or it is considered wear and tear and not eligible for return.
If your claim falls within the warranty period, please send an email to customerservice@brigettesboutique.com. Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a new product of equal or lesser value or Store Credit to the product under warranty. Customer must return the item and we will pay the postage to send the replacement.
