Returns & Exchanges
Unopened/unused products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt.
Product(s) must be returned in original condition for a refund to be issued. Handbags must not have been used and have original tags attached.
If your claim falls within the warranty period, please send an email to customerservice@brigettesboutique.com. Accepted warranty claims are eligible for a new product of equal or lesser value to the product under warranty. Customer is responsible for postage to return to our facility and we will pay the return shipping for the exchange.
Items damaged in transit: If an item is damaged in transit, we will issue a store credit at our discretion. If the damaged item(s) are returned by the customer, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
To request a return:
1: Log into your account on brigettesboutique.com and click on the My Account link at the top of the page. If you don't have an account with us, please contact customerservice@brigettesboutique.com and we will assist you.
2: Click on the "Completed Orders" link and locate the order that includes the item(s) you wish to return.
3: Click the "Return Item(s)" button and select the products you wish to return.
4: You will receive instructions on how to send your returned item(s) back to us.
5: Once we receive your returned items, we'll issue a refund or store credit.
A restocking fee may be assessed on orders that were sent with free shipping.
- Allow 7-10 business working days for your refund to post to your account.
- Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
- Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used on the original order
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
