Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Unopened and unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must arrive at our warehouse by the 30th day to be eligible.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be in original condition to receive a refund.

  • Handbags must be unused with original tags attached.


Handbag Warranty

If you receive a defective handbag, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Claims reported after 7 days are considered normal wear and tear and are not eligible for return.
Approved warranty claims will be replaced with a new item of equal or lesser value.


Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away.
At our discretion, we may issue a store credit.
If the damaged item is returned, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Price Adjustments

If your item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, you may request a price adjustment for advertised sales.
Permanent price drops are excluded.

Contact customer service and we’ll apply the difference as a store credit for a future purchase.


Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
