Weathering The Storm

Old Man Winter has been especially active here at Brigette's Boutique Headquarters. We have been clobbered by a polar vortex providing windchills of -40 degrees, ice storms leaving a good portion of our state paralyzed by ice rink conditions, and a grand finale of several snowstorms in a row. Midwesterners are notoriously a hearty population but this winter has been testing even the heartiest of us. Nevertheless, we persevere.

We strive to always offer you, our customers, the very best shopping experience. You are what matters to us as you are the biggest part of our business and we appreciate you. The past few weeks have been a bit of a struggle as our couriers (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex) have been fighting the weather right along with us. We are grateful for their hard work and continued efforts to move packages rain, shine, ice, subzero, etc...

This past month may have been challenging but the most beautiful thing has occurred. We've had an outpouring of customers contacting us with praise. Some telling us how happy they are with their products, others with how happy they were with the speed in which they received their packages in spite of weather conditions and still others with appreciation for our customer service. Unexpectedly, we also received comments of understanding for what our region was experiencing and well-wishes for us to stay safe. 

We send our sincerest thanks to all our customers for the continued support of our store and a very special thank you to those of you who reached out with positive feedback and thoughts. It warmed our hearts, put a smile on our faces and re-confirmed why we do what we do. You are all so very beautiful inside and out.
