Returns Policy

Unopened/Unused products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt.  Product must be returned in original condition for a refund to be issued. Shipping fees are not refundable.

To request a return:

1: Log into your account on brigettesboutique.com and click on the My Account link at the top of the page. If you don't have an account with us, please contact customerservice@brigettesboutique.com and we will assist you.

2: Click on the "Completed Orders" link and locate the order that includes the item(s) you wish to return.

3: Click the "Return Item(s)" button and select the products you wish to return. 

4: You will receive instructions on how to send your returned item(s) back to us.

5: Once we receive your returned items, we'll issue a refund or store credit.

 

A restocking fee may be assessed on orders that were sent with free shipping. 

  • Allow 7-10 business working days for your refund to post to your account.
  • Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used on the original order
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
