When Will My Order Ship?

All products are in stock and ship directly from our warehouse — we never dropship.
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff: 1:00 PM CST
Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

Please note: UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, and UPS 2 Day transit times do not include weekends or holidays.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for reshipping orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, you may choose to have it reshipped at your expense.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated by weight and will display at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If the shipment is confirmed lost or stolen, we will send a replacement.
