Shipping Information

When will my order ship?  All products are in our warehouse and shipments are generally dispatched within 24 hours of placement Monday through Friday.  We do not dropship nor use other companies to send.  All products are in stock, in our warehouse and ready to go out to you!

Please note that UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day and UPS 2 Day transit times do not include Holidays or Weekends.  Cutoff time to dispatch same day: 1pm CST

We are NOT responsible for reshipping items with incomplete or incorrect addresses. If items are returned to us for insufficient addresses, you may choose to have the items reshipped to you at your expense. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Update: 11.27.24.  All shipments to Canada are suspended due to the ongoing strike. 

CANADA - ALERT! Due to the strike by Canada Post, shipments will be delayed to all destinations in Canada.  We will dispatch your order within 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates to Canada.  Currently, parcels are being held and will be delivered on a first in, first out basis by Canada Post once the strike is resvolved.

ISRAEL - ALERT! Due to the ongoing war situation, some shipments are being delayed.  We cannot guarantee delivery dates to Israel.

International shipping is calculated by the weight of the items you add to the shopping cart. You can see the options and costs before proceeding to the checkout page.

International shipping options start at just $5.00 for select countries.  Aramex shipments to the Middle East start at $17.50.

 

International buyers are responsible for any customs duty tax they might incur. Shipments that are refused and returned to our facility will be refunded less the cost of the postage we paid to send and the return postage we have to pay the courier.

***We understand that some International shipping options are expensive. The rates are based on the actual costs we have to pay for postage. Please choose the option that works best for you.

 

 

ARAMEX SHIPPING:  We use Aramex to deliver packages to the Middle East.  Shipments arrive in approximately 2 weeks.

 

 

DAMGED IN TRANSIT:

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to the shipping address.

LOST SHIPMENTS:

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping agency to secure a solution.  If the order is deemed lost/stolen after investigation, we will send a replacement shipment.
