FREE U.S. SHIPPING with $59 purchase.  Free shipping option will automatically display after you have reached $59 subtotal in the cart.

When will my order ship?  All products are in our warehouse and shipments are generally dispatched within 24 hours of placement Monday through Friday, most are sent same day.  We do not dropship nor use other companies to send.  All products are in stock, in our warehouse and ready to go out to you!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping is calculated by the weight of the items you add to the shopping cart. You can see the options and costs before proceeding to the checkout page.

International shipping options start at just $5.00 for select countries.  Aramex shipments to the Middle East start at $13.00.
 
International buyers are responsible for any customs duty tax they might incur. Shipments that are refused and returned to our facility will be refunded less the cost of the postage we paid to send and the return postage we have to pay the courier.

***We understand that some International shipping options are expensive. The rates are based on the actual costs we have to pay for postage. Please choose the option that works best for you.
 
 
ARAMEX SHIPPING:  We use Aramex to deliver packages to the Middle East.  Shipments arrive in approximately 2 weeks.
 

 

CUSTOMER USE OF FORWARDING COMPANIES:

Brigette's Boutique is not responsible for damage, defect, or loss that has occurred to goods delivered to/through a forwarding company. Furthermore, Brigette's Boutique is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to/through a forwarding company. If you (the customer) choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend purchasing transportation insurance through your freight forwarder. We also suggest you request the forwarder refuse any/all packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

 

LOST SHIPMENTS:

If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping agency to secure a solution.  If the order is deemed lost/stolen after investigation, we will send a replacement shipment.
