This item came defective. As soon as I saw it, I put it back in the box, never used. Went out of town and by the time I got to call about a return, I was told it was too late. I would not purchase from this site again.

I was unable to find this item near my home. The department stores no longer stock "Smoke". I like that color the most and I was happy to find it at your business.

I am so sorry that I ordered this awful lip product. It is absolutely the worst I have ever purchased or tried to wear. It’s thick and sticky. Hate I wasted my money.

This is my 2nd one, to replace my worn out one from 2023. It’s perfect for travel, with a zippered compartment for my iPad and side pockets for my phone and water bottle. Inside has small pockets for lip balm and other small stuff, and theres a zippered compartment too. Main compartment is plenty big for all the other stuff: book, wallet, sunglasses, etc. The zippers are strong. My 1st bag would still be usable, if it weren’t for the wear and tear on the exterior vinyl. Overall, a great backpack.
